Delete your account

This page explains how to delete the account you created in Derle (Android and iOS), an app by Warethrust, a brand of HARBUTOĞLU YAZILIM OTO İNŞAAT EMLAK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., and what happens to your data when you do. You can delete your account from inside the App, or ask us to delete it without the App.

1. Delete it in the App

  1. Open Derle and tap your profile picture (the account icon) at the top of the Projects screen.
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the account screen.
  3. Read the summary and confirm.

The account is deleted at once and you are signed out on every device. If you later sign in again with the same Google account, Derle creates a new account; nothing from the deleted one comes back.

2. Delete it without the App

If you no longer have the App installed or cannot open it, email us at harbutogluyazilim@gmail.com or emre@warethrust.com:

  • send the email from the Google account address you signed in to Derle with, so we can tell the request comes from the account’s owner;
  • use the subject Delete my Derle account.

If the request comes from a different address, we will ask you to confirm it from the account’s address before we act. We delete the account within 7 days of the confirmed request, usually sooner, and reply when it is done.

3. What is deleted

  • your Google sign-in details stored by Derle: name, email address, profile picture link, and Google account identifier;
  • your Derle Pro subscription link, your purchased AI credit balance, and any promotional access;
  • sites you published to derle.link, together with their files;
  • your sign-in sessions on every device, which are signed out.

Subscriptions: an active Google Play subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion and Pro ends with the account; unused time is not refunded. An App Store subscription cannot be cancelled by us: cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings, or Apple keeps charging you.

4. What is kept, and for how long

  • Projects on your device are not stored by us. They stay on the device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
  • The request activity log described in the Privacy Policy is deleted automatically 90 days after each entry is written.
  • Reports you sent from the App are kept so that the issue can still be handled, but your email address is removed from them.
  • Purchase records that we are legally required to keep (for example for accounting, tax, and refund disputes) are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • A deletion marker and hashed store-account identifiers are kept so that a purchase from a deleted account is not silently attached to another account, and so that abuse cannot be repeated by deleting and recreating accounts. They do not contain your name or email address.
  • Anonymous AI request and response records carry no identifier linking them to you, so they cannot be located or deleted for an individual person.
